Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute email and lifecycle communications
strategies
Leverage audience segmentation to deliver relevant communications
and understand customer needs
Monitor email performance and optimize workflows to enhance
engagement and conversion
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in email marketing and lifecycle
communications in a B2B SaaS environment
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, such as Hubspot
and Postmark
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization
Advanced understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and email
deliverability best practices
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable
insights
