Job Description:
A company is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to develop
and execute email marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive email channel performance through strategy, content,
segmentation, and personalization
Develop and maintain Email Marketing campaign calendars in
alignment with marketing efforts
Analyze campaign performance and ensure compliance with spam
regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5-8+ years of related experience
Experience in the RPO/BPO industry and knowledge of industry
trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a changing
environment
Proficiency in HubSpot or other digital marketing tools
Strong teamwork skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
