Key Responsibilities
Oversee and guide the team's technical solutions and design
decisions in alignment with the overarching architecture
Coach engineers to autonomously deliver project results and make
technical decisions under uncertainty
Lead larger implementation projects by developing solution
architectures and communicating progress with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Java Backend Engineer
Excellent knowledge and experience using Java
Strong project management skills
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and guide engineers
Willingness to use the company's product
