Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of ELA content creators and contribute to K-12
assessment development
Innovate new assessment activity types using AI technologies and
ensure adherence to timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create interactive
assessments and provide training support
Required Qualifications
5+ years of classroom experience teaching early high school ELA
Experience in K-12 assessment development, including blueprint and
item development
Proven ability to lead and supervise content creators in ELA
Deep knowledge of state and national standards in education
Experience with bias mitigation processes in assessment
development
