Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of UX Design to shape
the user experience strategy for its mobile-first online ticketing
platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive UX design strategy aligned
with company goals
Oversee the end-to-end UX design process, ensuring user-centric and
high-quality design solutions
Lead user research initiatives to gain insights and advocate for
user needs throughout product development
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design,
Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role
Proven experience in the ecommerce industry with a strong portfolio
of mobile UX design projects
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and
methodologies
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, ideally with Figma
