Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager for the Founder
Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive the execution of key initiatives across ecosystem
nodes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Collaborate with technical teams to understand roadmaps, identify
potential blockers, and ensure smooth project execution
Act as a central point of contact between engineering, marketing,
and community teams to ensure ecosystem-wide coordination
Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience in project management, technical program
management, or related roles in tech, blockchain, or
developer-focused environments
A technical background in software development, blockchain, or
similar fields
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in
fast-paced environments
Familiarity with project management tools and agile
methodologies
Proven ability to coordinate projects, drive execution, and manage
cross-team dependencies
