Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, NM Project Head to
manage key projects related to the VNS Therapy or OSA
portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project management, ensuring alignment with the Target
Product Profile and overall NM portfolio strategy
Monitor project budget and resource allocation to ensure efficient
use of internal and external teams
Serve as the primary connection for internal stakeholders and
external partners, facilitating communication and alignment on
project objectives
Required Qualifications
BS degree in engineering or science discipline
15+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams,
preferably in the medical device industry
Demonstrated experience in leading projects and programs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set goals and provide
constructive feedback
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing
environment
