A company is looking for an RCM Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve percentage paid targets set by the company
Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue cycle
efficiency, including billing, coding, claims submission, and
collections
Oversee patient billing accuracy and ensure timely claims
submission to insurance providers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within
the healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare
reimbursement methodologies
Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and electronic
health record systems
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a remote work
environment
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding is
preferred
