Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service
Representative to join their team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using
provided scripts
Engage and build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to
understand their needs
Maintain accurate records of calls in the customer relationship
management (CRM) system
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently
Experience with cold calling, sales, or marketing is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly
