Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator
who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and ensure a smooth
candidate experience
Build and optimize structured interview flows in Workable ATS
Enhance the onboarding experience by creating documentation and
ensuring new hires have necessary tools and training
Required Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of internal recruitment experience, preferably in a
fast-paced or startup environment
Experience using Workable ATS
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Communications,
or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities
Tech-savvy with a passion for process optimization and
automation
