Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Facilitation Trainer to
facilitate and implement training programs for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs, including
instructor-led and virtual training
Create a conducive learning environment and monitor training
personnel records for compliance
Analyze course evaluations to improve training effectiveness and
manage classroom and online learning setups
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Florida
Associate's degree
1 or more years of training and learning development experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office SharePoint, PowerPoint, and
Excel
1 or more years of experience working with multiple screens,
systems, and troubleshooting technical matters
