Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Solutions Developer to
create engaging learning experiences and performance support
tools.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with business partners to identify appropriate training
media and methodologies
Design and develop eLearning and blended learning solutions that
enhance user skills and knowledge
Analyze and evaluate learning program effectiveness and implement
continuous improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant business
experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience with eLearning authoring tools and
Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience in web, graphic, and instructional design
Solid knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design
standards
Understanding of Learning Management Systems and modern web
technologies
