Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Project Manager to drive
technology initiatives across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects on time
and within budget while identifying risks and developing mitigation
strategies
Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment and
communication among all stakeholders
Maintain clear communication with teams and vendors, lead meetings,
and conduct post-project retrospectives for continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or a related field (Master's
preferred)
5+ years of experience in IT project management or technology
implementation
Project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or
CSM
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana,
Trello)
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional
teams
