Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fintech Product & Regulatory Counsel
to join their Legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance to product and business teams throughout the
product development lifecycle
Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks while proposing
business-focused solutions
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting
product development and initiatives
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
10+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
with fintech regulatory compliance
In-depth knowledge of consumer protection laws related to fintech
and embedded finance
Experience with drafting complex commercial agreements specific to
fintech products
Relevant certifications in regulatory compliance or fintech law are
preferred
