Job Description:
A company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to oversee the
US immigration process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support and strategy throughout the immigration
process, from initial contact to petition filing
Prepare and file submissions for various immigration petitions and
provide consular support for visa applications
Monitor case pipelines, communicate with clients about procedural
issues, and identify solutions to meet production targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years of business immigration experience, preferably with O-1,
E-2, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW cases
1+ year of experience in a law firm, corporate, or startup
environment
Experience managing individual case pipelines and multiple client
priorities
Ability to work independently while following established
processes
Familiarity with JIRA, Notion, and Slack is a plus
