Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer to own
their Feature Flagging product.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design process from discovery to release, forming a vision
for the product area
Collaborate with Engineering to define milestones and balance
quality and speed
Refine design systems and processes while promoting a collaborative
design culture
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer
Experience with complex, technical, or data-heavy B2B products
Ability to drive both strategy and detailed design execution
Experience in utilizing user research and intuition for
decision-making
Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required
