Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advisor, EAS to partner with people
leaders on employee relations and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to management on performance
improvement and corrective action matters
Review and approve corrective action and performance management
documents
Conduct investigations of employee conflict of interest disclosures
and document findings for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and
experience
2-5 years of employee relations experience
Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
Experience with case management systems
Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
