Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Specialist II to guide
customers through the claims process and provide excellent customer
service.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and process claims for property damage and moderate
bodily injury, gathering information from various sources
Review coverage and claims processes with customers, setting
reserves and coordinating necessary inspections
Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex claims for
further investigation as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
Customer service experience in a high-volume work environment
required; 6-12 months of claims adjusting experience preferred
Solid understanding of company policies and claims procedures upon
completion of training
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a
fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office products and claims-related software
