Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch data science
initiatives for Pro software
Define key metrics to guide business decision-making and improve
customer experience
Design product experiments and conduct root cause analysis to
inform product development
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree with 5+ years of experience in a data science role
in a tech company
Proficiency in complex SQL queries and strong programming skills in
Python or R
Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling
Proficiency in advanced experimental design and analysis
Self-motivated and eager to learn
