Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of email correspondence daily to coordinate
training sessions and respond to inquiries
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and
instructors while ensuring accurate scheduling
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support and
troubleshooting issues related to training services
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a customer service position
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Experience with inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating top-level
phone etiquette
Strong computer skills in Office products and internet-based
databases
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
and tight deadlines
