Job Description:

Volt has several exciting opportunities for 1 On-site Coordinator positions in Riverside, CA. This is a great opportunity to learn staffing operations along with some HR functions. This is a great role for a person that is passionate about HR and/or operations/staffing and looking to grow. We are happy to train the right individuals. This is an outstanding opportunity to get into one of the fastest growing industries out there and blend operations with an office type job.

Essential Duties:

Manage all attendance and punctuality for temporary employees via timekeeping program, and text/call off line.
Manage temporary employees through leadership and professionalism.
Onboard and orientate new associates
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Constant updating employee database.
May handle field employee related issues, such as coaching, counseling and end of assignments with the approval of on-site manager.
Undertaking other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the On-Site Manager.
Able to multi task in a fast moving environment

Position Qualifications

1 year of staffing or 2 years customer service experience
Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office proficient, Excel, and Word).
Strong client centered service delivery and impeccable client relation skills required.
Demonstrates verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Position/Hours:

2nd Shift Onsite Coordinator Tuesday-Saturday7:00pm-3:30am Pay Rate $22-24 DOE





Must be open to overtime and holidays as this site is 24/7.
