Job Description:
A company is looking for a Conversion Document Specialist to
manage the flow of documentation and improve the client experience
in retirement plan conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the flow of vital documentation from other recordkeepers to
the company
Assist Customer Onboarding in establishing and organizing
conversion plan transfer timelines
Monitor existing conversion plans to ensure assets are retrieved
within the agreed timeline
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in incoming plan conversions within the
retirement services sector
3+ years in a relationship management or elevated customer service
role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously
A positive attitude and a collaborative team player
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on process
improvement
