Job Description:
A company is looking for a District Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the digital literacy
program and technology platform
Onboard, train, and support partner schools and districts while
monitoring usage and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to extend contracts and troubleshoot
challenges throughout the school year
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant work experience
Experience working with communities of color
Evidence of success as a teacher in K-12 education (preferred)
Experience in account management, customer service, or sales
(bonus)
