Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.Essential Duties & Responsibilities--- The operator will be responsible for the operation of various CNC machine tools, which include Lathes and Mills.--- The operator will be responsible for keeping the CNC machine tools running and checking the parts being run. This includes the operation of several machine tools at one time.--- The operator must be able to adjust offsets and locations, as well as change inserts and cutting tools, as necessary.--- The operator should have/or gain full knowledge and understanding of speeds, feeds, and surface callouts of the various machined parts.--- The operator must adhere to and follow Company safety procedures and continuously work and operate all machinery in a safe manner.--- The operator will be responsible for cleanup in and around the machines, as well as maintaining proper fluid levels.Experience, Skills & Education--- 1-year machining experience or trade school training--- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Must be able to utilize common machine shop measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc,) to inspect and qualify machined parts accordingly.--- Knowledge of machine shop practices is a must.--- Must communicate any machining errors, and or communicate corrective actions clearly and timely.--- Must be able to lift approximately up to 35 pounds.The pay range for California is $22.77 to $28.00 per hour.
