Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician Level II to
provide technical support and maintenance for client IT
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshoot client
requests involving hardware, software, and cloud services
Support desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft Office 365,
networking devices, and mobile device management
Assist with client onboarding/offboarding, maintain documentation,
and work with third-party vendors as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 2+ years of experience with a Managed Service Provider
(MSP)
At least 5+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk role using remote
support tools
Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and Remote Monitoring
and Management (RMM) tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows desktop/server operating systems
and Microsoft Office 365/Azure administration
Moderate networking experience, including remote configuration and
troubleshooting
